4. VIBERANT COLOR - try a viberant lip and cheek color. This will help to highlight and brighten you face.  My current favorites are fuschia and orange shades. Check your local makeup counters to find out what shades is best for your complexion.

5. BLOTTING PAPERS- Ladies this is like your Visa don't leave home without them. Blotting papers are life savers. They take away the shine without taking away the glow.

6. GLOSS- Scale down from lipsticks try lipstains or glosses that have viberant colors. Some great choices are Cover Girl Lipstain, Makeup Forever Lab Shine.

SUMMER MAKEUP TIPS

Ladies, here are a few great tips to stop your foundation from running, sliding eyeliner, and super sticky lipstick.  Heat & humidity are huge challenges for makeup wearers during the summer months.

1. PRIMER - this is essential to keep your makeup from melting. Its applied after your moisturizer. My favorite one is Clarins www.clarins.com, Smashbox www.smashbox.com and Loreal www.loreal.com

2. LIGHTEN UP - Go lighter on your foundation. Put away that heavy cream foundation and lighten up on how much liquid that you use. Sway to a tinted moisturizer  or light liquid foundation. If you want a little more coverage after applying liquid or tinted moisturizer go over face with powder foundation. 

My favorite tinted moisturizers are Laura Mercier www.lauramercier.com and Almay www.almay.com. 

3. BRONZER BRONZE BRONZER -  This is a great item to keep close to you at all time.  For some you may not need any moisturizer just purchase a good bronzer. Make sure you place the bronzer on the areas where the sun hits: forehead, cheekbones, chin and nose also do not forget to get your neck. 

My favorite bronzer is by Urban Decay www.urbandecay. com its a great color and doesn't have too 

much shimmer.
