OSCAR HAIR 2010

Top 3 Hair Looks for the 2010 Oscars:

1. Buns!!!!
Simple but sophisticated, that's the look achieved with a bun. Whether it is sleek like Nicole Richie or tousled like Jennifer Lopez, you can't go wrong with a bun.

How to:
1. Spray hair with hair spray, used a firm brush to brush hair back and secure with ponytail holder.
2. Add hair extensions in order to make your bun bigger and fuller.
3. For a traditional bun wrap around and secure with bobby pins.
4. Make it messy by partially puling out some hairs all around
5. Be unique with extensions and wrap hair in various directions (Sarah Jessica Parker)

2. Hair Accessories!!!
There is nothing prettier than a lady with something pretty in her hair. Hair ornaments are it!!! Whether you braid in a pretty ribbon, use a sparkly head band or add a flower hair accessories are fabulous all year round!!

How to:
I have picked up my favorite hair accessory from HM, and Forever21!! Also check out Target and Walmart. For ribbons and flowers kraft stores will give you a huge variety!!!

3. Over One Shoulder!!
Sandra Bullock, Kate Winslet did it best with the sleek but soft one hair over one shoulder. As you can see Sandra did the look with a gown with heavy straps and Kate pulled off the look wearing a strapless gown.

How To: 1. Shampoo and mold hair, placing the part over the
right or left eye, whatever is your best side.

hair (this will give a gloss and seal them in the cuticles)
3. Flat iron straight
4. Add curls with med. barrel curling iron

6. Place a large amount of hair on the opposite shoulder and
the rest of the hair hanging down your back
